WEB serves all socioeconomic groups, genders, and culturally-diverse populations in the State of Maryland. However, its main objective continues to be furnishing an alternative road to self-sufficiency for the women of Baltimore City who want to be economically independent. The core curriculum specifically addresses overcoming the barriers common to economically-disadvantaged women.
