WEB’s main office is located at the intersection of East Fayette Street and North Luzerne Ave, two blocks north of Patterson Park.

Our offices are open weekdays. Hours are typically 9 am to 5 pm, however, there are days when we have multiple classes in the evening and may open the office later in the morning. If you do not have an appointment with us, please call ahead to make sure the office is open.
